A. Payment Method Description
You can make the payment online with your personal or company card, under complete security conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.
No additional fee is charged for transactions.
Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your card’s confidential data but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. In this way, your information is safe.
Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are made in lei, at your bank’s exchange rate.
B. Transaction Descriptor
For card payments, the transaction will appear on your account statement with the name InnerJourney.
C. Reservation Information
After completing the reservation on the site for the desired services, you will receive a confirmation email with the names of the services at the date and time you selected on the site.
D. Transaction Cancellation
Order refunds are possible if you notify us 7 hours before the reservation time via email at contact@innerjourney.ro that you wish to cancel the transaction.
The refunded amount will be the original one minus the bank fees.
The amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within 3-7 business days.
E. How to Benefit from the Purchased Service
After booking your massage on our website, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, date, time, and duration of the massage. At the location, you will need to provide the order number or present the confirmation email.
In the case of purchasing a voucher, in addition to the transaction confirmation email, you will also receive an email containing the voucher in PDF format. The voucher does not need to be printed; it can be presented from your phone when you arrive at our location.
