Cancellation Policy for Inner Journey SRL (innerjourney.ro)

At Inner Journey SRL, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure a fair and efficient process for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

  • Advance Cancellation: Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 7 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any massage session. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the slot to other clients who may need our services.
  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to our late cancellation policy.

2. No-Show Policy

  • Missed Appointment: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing the required 7 hours’ notice, the full cost of the missed session will be charged. This amount must be paid in full before the client can book or attend their next session.
  • First-Time Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can occur. For a first-time no-show, we may, at our discretion, waive the fee as a one-time courtesy. However, any subsequent no-shows will be charged according to this policy.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for their appointment may not receive the full duration of their scheduled session, depending on the time of arrival and the availability of our therapists. The full cost of the original booking will still apply, even if the session is shortened due to late arrival.
  • 15-Minute Grace Period: If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the above no-show policy will apply.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Payment of No-Show Fees: Any fees resulting from a late cancellation or no-show must be settled before the client can make another appointment. These fees can be paid via the same method used for the original booking or as instructed by our customer service team.
  • Refunds and Deposits: For clients who have prepaid or made a deposit for their appointment, the deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is not made within the specified 7-hour window.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling Window: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible, ideally with more than 7 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Frequent Rescheduling: Frequent rescheduling (more than three times) without adequate notice may result in the requirement to prepay for future sessions.

6. Emergency Situations

  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, waive cancellation fees in such cases.

7. Changes by Inner Journey

  • Cancellation by Inner Journey: In rare instances, Inner Journey may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist unavailability or other operational issues. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you promptly and offer an alternative time slot. No cancellation fees will apply in these situations, and any prepayments or deposits will be fully refunded if the appointment cannot be rescheduled.

8. Communication

  • Notification: Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or any other communication regarding appointments should be made via phone at +40 756 978 982, WhatsApp, or through our online booking system. Failure to notify us through these channels may result in the appointment being treated as a no-show.

9. Agreement

  • Acceptance of Policy: By booking an appointment with Inner Journey, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
